How Do I Place an Order?

All orders can be placed securely through our website.

For custom catering requests or event quotations, please email us at catering@bellissimocoffee.com.au. Our team is also available by phone to discuss your catering requirements before submitting your order.

Order Cut-Off Times

To guarantee delivery, orders must be placed before the following cut-off times:

Late orders may be accepted subject to availability. Menu options may be limited for orders placed after the applicable cut-off time.

Orders accepted after cut off may incur a 15% late-order surcharge.

Delivery Hours

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Minimum Order Requirements

Monday – Saturday: Minimum order value of $200 + GST

Sunday: Minimum order value of $250 + GST

Weekend and Public Holiday orders are subject to a 20% surcharge.

Public Holiday catering is subject to availability.

Minimum order values exclude delivery fees.

Delivery Fees

Free delivery is available for orders over $300 + GST within a 5km radius of our Coorparoo kitchen.

Standard delivery fees:

• Monday – Friday: $15
• Saturday: $20
• Sunday: $25

Additional delivery charges may apply outside our standard delivery area.

Office Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday – Sunday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

Our online store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders submitted outside office hours will be reviewed and confirmed during the next business period.

Dietary Requirements

We cater to a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-friendly and dairy-free options.

Please include any dietary requirements when placing your order and our team will recommend suitable menu items.

While we take reasonable precautions, our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including:

• Dairy
• Eggs
• Wheat
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Fish
• Shellfish

As a result, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

Order Amendments

To amend an existing order, please email catering@bellissimocoffee.com.au and include your order number.

All amendment requests must be received before the applicable order cut-off time.

Our team will confirm any changes once they have been processed.

Additional Fees & Surcharges

The following surcharges may apply where relevant:

Weekend & Public Holiday Surcharge

A 20% surcharge applies to all catering orders delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and Queensland Public Holidays.

Late Order Surcharge

Orders accepted after the applicable order cut-off time may incur a 15% late-order surcharge and are subject to product availability.

Early Morning Delivery Surcharge

Deliveries required before 7:00am may incur an additional fee, quoted upon request.

After Hours Delivery Surcharge

Deliveries required outside standard delivery hours may incur an additional fee, quoted upon request.

CBD & Restricted Access Deliveries

Additional charges may apply where deliveries require:

• Loading dock access
• Multiple lifts or security checkpoints
• Deliveries above ground level without direct access
• Significant walking distances from vehicle access points

Wait Time Charges

Where delivery staff are required to wait longer than 15 minutes for site access, client contact or unloading assistance, additional charges may apply.

Setup & Collection Services

Setup, styling, service staff, equipment hire and collection services are available upon request and will be quoted separately.

Disposable & Sustainable Packaging

Standard disposable packaging is included. Premium sustainable packaging or specialised presentation options may attract additional charges.

Regional Deliveries

Deliveries outside our standard service area may incur additional travel charges. A quotation will be provided prior to order confirmation.

Minimum Spend Requirements

Minimum order values apply and may vary depending on delivery location, day of service and staffing requirements.
