Bellissimo Catering
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 16 July 2026
Bellissimo Coffee Pty Ltd (ABN 83 136 522 819) trading as Bellissimo Catering (“Bellissimo”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.bellissimocatering.com.au and all catering products and services provided by Bellissimo. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund, Replacement & Store Credit Policy, which are separate documents and are not repeated here. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to all three documents.

3.2 Confirmation and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation notification does not guarantee acceptance — your order is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from a member of our team by email or phone, and payment has been processed. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, including where products are unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
3.3 Order Tracking
Order updates and confirmations are provided by email. You can also contact our team directly for assistance with an existing order.
4. Catering Order Requirements
4.1 Minimum Orders
- Monday to Friday: $200 minimum order
- Saturday & Sunday: $250 minimum order
- Public Holidays: subject to availability
4.2 Notice, Guest Numbers and Changes
Catering orders must be placed with a minimum of 48 hours' notice unless otherwise agreed. Final guest numbers and order quantities must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to delivery. After this time, increases may be accommodated where possible, but reductions cannot be guaranteed. Changes to a confirmed order may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional charges.
4.3 Menu Selections and Substitutions
Menu items are subject to seasonal availability and supply. Minimum order quantities may apply to selected items. We reserve the right to substitute products or ingredients where necessary, provided the substitute is of equal or greater value. Where possible, substitutions will be communicated to you for approval before delivery.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time due to seasonal fluctuations or supplier costs, without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may correct it and cancel any affected order with a full refund.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering, unless a corporate account has been approved or another arrangement has been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard & American Express (surcharges may apply)
- Direct bank transfer — proof of payment must be provided before an order can be confirmed
We may place an account on hold where invoices remain outstanding.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
- Free delivery applies to catering orders over $300 within a 5km radius of our premises at 12 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151.
- A delivery fee from $50 applies to orders outside the free delivery zone or below the minimum spend, unless otherwise agreed.

- Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Sunday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Public Holidays: subject to availability and surcharge
Risk in the products passes to the customer on delivery. See clause 12 for food safety obligations that apply once products have been delivered or collected.
7. Staff Hire
Professional wait staff and event service personnel are available on request. Bookings must be made at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event may incur cancellation charges.
8. Surcharges
8.1 Weekend & Public Holiday Surcharge
A surcharge of 20% applies to all catering orders delivered on weekends and public holidays, reflecting the increased cost of weekend and public holiday staffing and production.
8.2 Late Order Surcharge
A separate surcharge of 20% may apply to orders accepted after the standard cut-off time referred to in clause 3.1, reflecting the cost of expedited preparation. Where an order is both a weekend/public holiday order and a late order, both surcharges may apply.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
- Monday orders must be cancelled by 12pm on the preceding Friday.
- Large catering events and buffets may require at least 5 business days' notice to cancel or postpone.
Refunds, replacements and store credit for defective, incorrect or damaged orders are dealt with under our separate Refund, Replacement & Store Credit Policy, which operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Corporate Accounts
Corporate accounts are available to approved repeat clients. Contact our team for more information.
11. Dietary Requirements and Allergens
Our products are prepared in facilities that handle common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any product will be completely free from allergens or unaffected by cross-contamination.
Specific dietary requirements must be provided to us in writing at the time of ordering and are subject to acceptance and availability. Bellissimo accepts no liability for an allergic reaction where dietary information was not disclosed at the time of ordering, or where cross-contamination occurs despite reasonable precautions having been taken.
12. Food Safety After Delivery or Collection
Once catering products have been delivered to, or collected by, you, responsibility for the safe handling, storage and consumption of that food passes to you.
Under the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Food Standards Code (Standard 3.2.2 – Food Safety Practices and General Requirements), potentially hazardous food should not be held between 5°C and 60°C (the temperature danger zone) for a combined total of more than 4 hours. Food held in this range for more than 2 hours (but less than 4) should be used immediately and not returned to refrigeration; food held for more than 4 hours should be discarded.
You are responsible for ensuring that perishable and potentially hazardous items are refrigerated, kept hot, or consumed promptly following delivery or collection, and are not left at unsafe temperatures beyond the timeframes above. Bellissimo accepts no liability for illness, spoilage or other loss arising from food that has not been stored, handled or consumed within safe timeframes after delivery or collection. This clause does not affect any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the condition of food at the time of delivery.
13. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. As many of our products are handmade, actual presentation may vary from photographs shown on our website. We do not warrant that all information on the website is complete, current or error-free.

All content on this website — including text, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, menus and designs — is owned by or licensed to Bellissimo and is protected under Australian intellectual property law. You may access and use the website for personal and business purchasing purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party website, and provide such links for convenience only.
17. Disclaimer and Consumer Guarantees
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including that products are of acceptable quality, safe and durable, match their description, and are fit for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under that law. To the maximum extent otherwise permitted by law, the website and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website, products or services is limited to re-supplying the relevant goods or services, or refunding the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property at a delivery location or event venue.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather or natural disasters, pandemics, labour or supply shortages, transport or supply chain disruption, telecommunications or power failures, or government action or restrictions.
20. Termination of Service
We may cancel or refuse an order where payment has not been received, the requested service cannot be safely or reasonably provided, or where circumstances arise that may affect our reputation or operations.
21. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, available on our website.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately on publication to the website. Continued use of the website or our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
