TERMS & CONDITIONS

LAST ORDERS

Order for Monday: Cut-off 12pm Sunday
Order for Tuesday: Cut-off 12pm Monday
Order for Wednesday: Cut-off 12pm Tuesday
Order for Thursday: Cut-off 12pm Wednesday
Order for Friday: Cut-off 12pm Thursday
Order for Saturday: Cut-off 12pm Friday
Order for Sunday: Cut-off 10am Saturday

Requests received outside business hours will be reviewed the following business day. Late orders may be accepted subject to availability and may incur a 20% surcharge.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been placed, a notification is sent to Bellissimo Catering. A member of our team will review and confirm your order via email or phone. Your order is not considered confirmed until you have received confirmation from Bellissimo Catering. Payment will be processed once your order has been confirmed.

ORDER TRACKING

Order updates and confirmations will be provided via email. Customers can also contact our team directly for assistance with existing orders.

DELIVERY

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

While every effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements, Bellissimo Catering cannot guarantee any product to be completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.

Specific dietary requirements must be provided in writing at the time of ordering. Requests are subject to acceptance and availability.

MENU SELECTIONS

Menu items are subject to seasonal availability and product supply. Bellissimo Catering reserves the right to substitute products where necessary. Any substitutions will be communicated to the customer for approval wherever possible.

MENU CONFIRMATION

Minimum order quantities may apply to selected menu items.

Final guest numbers and order quantities must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to delivery. After this time, increases may be accommodated where possible, however reductions cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All catering orders require full payment prior to delivery unless a corporate account has been approved.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

• Monday orders must be cancelled by 12pm on the preceding Friday.

• Large catering events and buffets may require a minimum of 5 business days' notice for cancellation or postponement.

Bellissimo Catering reserves the right to place accounts on hold where invoices remain outstanding.

DELIVERY TIMES

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Public Holidays: Subject to availability and surcharge.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Monday to Friday: $200 minimum order

Saturday & Sunday: $250 minimum order

Public Holidays: Subject to availability.

DELIVERY FEES

Free delivery on catering orders over $300 within a 5km radius of Bellissimo Coffee.

Orders outside the complimentary delivery area or below the minimum spend may incur a delivery fee from $50.

STAFF HIRE

Professional wait staff and event service personnel are available upon request.

Staff bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. Staff cancellations made within 5 days of the event may incur cancellation charges.

PRICE VARIATIONS

Prices are subject to change due to seasonal fluctuations and supplier costs. All prices displayed are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Bellissimo Catering shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or inability to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply shortages, transport disruptions or government restrictions.

TERMINATION

Bellissimo Catering reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

• Payment has not been received.

• The requested service cannot be safely or reasonably provided.

• Circumstances arise that may impact the reputation or operations of Bellissimo Catering.

LIABILITY

Bellissimo Catering is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property at delivery locations or event venues.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and are subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTS

Corporate accounts are available for approved repeat clients. Please contact our team for further information.

• Direct Bank Transfer

Where payment is made via EFT, proof of payment must be provided prior to order confirmation.
